The HIRE Vets Medallion Program, established under the Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act, is the only federal award program that celebrates employers who excel in recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans. Platinum recipients meet rigorous standards, including veteran hiring and retention goals, dedicated resources, leadership development, and programs that support education and career growth.

Out of approximately 887 recipients nationwide, only 17 companies in Ohio earned this distinction in 2025—a testament to the strength of our commitment.
