Functional Analyst
About the Opportunity
We need a talented individual to fill the role of Functional Analyst for the Department of Defense (DoD). In this position, the successful candidate will interface with the client on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, setting up, deleting, modifying accounts, unlocking and resetting passwords for CRIS, FM Suite, and FM Dashboard; assisting users with questions, technical problems, and functional problems; scheduling and providing training classes as well as one on one user training sessions; assisting with briefings for distinguished guests and visitors, assisting with FM Taskers, and providing Automation Support; providing monthly activity reports, including totals of accounts established, modified, deleted, and training lists. Work location will be at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ related experience.
- Current knowledge of DoD, and Air Force (AF) acquisition regulations.
- Current knowledge and experience with ABSS, CRIS, FM Suite, and FM Dashboard systems.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preparation/delivery of presentations and reports using MS office products.
- Ability to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC).
