We need Seasoned Professional to fill a potential Sr. Oracle Warehouse Management System Consultant role in support of a commercial client in the Northern Miami Valley.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years related experience.
  • Experience in project management, and an ability to train, guide, mentor, and coach Production Support Team Members.

  • Reviewing all Cybersecurity-related Help Desk tickets; assigning or resolving them. Monitoring ticket progress, ensure timely ticket completion, and keeping the customer updated on ticket status.
  • Supporting validation and approval for Firewall Exception Requests required for mission accomplishment. Researching, validating, and de-conflicting requests; coordinating the approval and implementation of valid requests with the appropriate internal branches as well as external Government agencies; and working with the local customer to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Timely collection and reporting of all data required by the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
  • Managing the DoD 8570 program, ensuring that cybersecurity-related personnel attain and maintain the appropriate cybersecurity baseline certification(s) in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, AFMAN 17-1303, and DoDD 8140.01.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the required government policy and processes (i.e., NISPOM, ICD 503), participate in and document process activities, and make recommendations on process improvement as appropriate.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of information assurance/cyber experience.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.

The selected individual will be responsible for directly supporting company leadership in a highly interactive team environment, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This person must be able to work well under pressure, within time constraints, multi-task, and deliver on multiple priorities while producing work of the highest caliber.  In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of activities to include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Prepare, negotiate, and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, independent consultant agreements, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other agreements as required.
  • Participate in the planning/strategizing of future contracts and marketing efforts.
  • Participate and development of proposal bid strategies and winning proposals.
  • Provide cost and pricing methodologies and strategies.
  • Manage all activities related to the life cycle of the contract/task order or subcontract, from the initial proposal phase, through award and contact performance, to close out.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and actions required by contract.
  • Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and initiate effective actions for resolution.
  • Interface with all levels of management and staff.
  • Support the project management staff in the planning for contract performance, review, and audits including: financial reporting, contract administration, cost estimating, and pricing support.
  • Establish and maintain excellent internal and external customer relations at all levels of the organization.
  • Act as liaison with customer’s procurement officials for all proposal or contract matters, communicating status and resolving open contract matters with program managers and directors.
  • Maintain all contract files and records.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Federal, State, and/or commercial contract management and administrative functions at the prime and subcontractor levels.
  • Past experience in a contract management position in the private sector.
