Samuel E. Greenwood
Board Chairman
Mr. Greenwood founded The
Greentree Group in 1993, and has served as Chairman since then. Mr. Greenwood
has more than 45 years of leadership experience in weapons systems support planning,
parts distribution, and IT systems program implementation. He entered the
U.S. Senior Executive Service in 1980, and has held numerous leadership positions
in various USAF and DoD organizations. Mr. Greenwood chairs and serves on
several high profile boards in the surrounding communities, and is active in many
community-focused organizations.

Travis G. Greenwood
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Greenwood has more than
25 years of hands-on and management experience, including: business management
and modernization; concept definition; business operations; and reengineering initiatives.
Mr. Greenwood has held numerous positions with Greentree, including President and
CEO. He has worked closely with the USAF, USN, major aviation companies, retail
firms, and other businesses. Mr. Greenwood chairs and serves on several boards
in the surrounding communities, and is active in local government and civic organizations.

Carolyn L. Greenwood
Chief Financial Officer
Carolyn Greenwood has been
the Chief Financial Officer of The Greentree Group since its inception in 1993.
She handles all fiscal finances and corporate monetary policies for the company.
For over a decade Mrs. Greenwood has ensured fiscal responsibility and corporate
compliance.

Major General Everett G.
Odgers (USAF, Ret.)
President
and Chief Operating Officer

General Odgers has more
than four decades of hands-on and leadership experience, including executive and
technical guidance to 5,000+ financial professionals supporting weapons system research,
development, testing, and repair at 16 AFMC locations. General Odgers enlisted
in the USAF in 1963; was commissioned as a second lieutenant in 1972; and rose through
the ranks to Major General-serving in various comptroller and logistics positions.
Prior to joining Greentree in 2003, General Odgers was Director of Budget Operations
and Personnel within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for
Financial Management and Comptroller. General Odgers chairs and serves on
various boards and committees.

Paul Cox, CPA, CITP, CISA
Principal, Financial Management and Retail Systems

Mr. Cox has nearly four
decades of financial management, contract oversight, material management, and information
systems control experience. He has worked at the highest financial levels,
including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, major commands in the U.S. Army
and U.S. Air Force, the Air Staff, and the Air Force Secretariat. Prior to
joining Greentree in 2000, Mr. Cox held several high-level civilian positions in
the military, including Director of the Audit Division at the Army and Air Force
Exchange Service.

George Smith
Principal, Information Technology

Mr. Smith is a seasoned
manager with a variety of leadership experience, including 27 years in the USAF
in acquisition management. His USAF career includes leadership and program
management for the GBU Guided Weapon System, Air Force Technical Applications Center,
B-1B, KC-135, and B-52 programs. Prior to joining Greentree in 2004, Mr. Smith
worked for 10 years as Senior Director at an area research corporation where he
managed several hundred employees and posted an impressive revenue and profit growth
record.

Rick DaPrato
Principal, Business Development

Mr. DaPrato has more than three decades of experience in business-to-business marketing, line operations management, program management, strategic and tactical planning, and direct sales. He also has strong experience within the Air Force Research Laboratory, Aeronautical Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command HQ, National Air and Space Intelligence Center, and several Air Logistics Centers. Prior to joining Greentree, Mr. DaPrato held multiple Senior Management and Director positions with businesses ranging from small in size to a Fortune 200 company.

Tammy Whitaker
Principal, Corporate Business Management

Ms. Whitaker has more than
20 years of in-depth, diversified experience in office procedures, accounting, customer
relations, and computer operations. In addition, she has extensive knowledge of
personnel and business management procedures. Prior to joining Greentree in
1994, Ms. Whitaker held various administrative positions with Boeing Computer Services
and Battelle. A long-time Greentree team member, Ms. Whitaker oversees key
business management functions, including payroll and auditing.

Floyd Baldwin
Manager, Contracts

Mr. Baldwin has more than
two decades of contracts and management experience with a strong background in federal
government acquisition management and logistics processes. His functional
areas of expertise include acquisition of IT systems, contracting, and finance.
Prior to joining Greentree in 1998, Mr. Baldwin worked at various Air Force bases,
including Davis-Monthan, Tinker, Hill, Grand Forks, and Wright-Patterson.
Mr. Baldwin's Greentree background includes positions as senior manager/analyst
and contracts manager.

Joan Davis, SPHR
Manager, Human Resources

Ms. Davis has more than
20 years of administrative experience and knowledge in office procedures, customer
relations, and personnel management, including 10 years of human resources experience.
Prior to joining Greentree in 1998, Ms. Davis worked in these areas for another
Dayton consulting firm. In addition to her recruiting and hiring responsibilities,
Ms. Davis is deeply involved in employee relations, training, benefits, policy and
procedure, and the development of Greentree's Affirmative Action Program.
